Karen has been in the group insurance industry since 1985. She began her career as a sales representative for a large insurance & managed care company, before moving to the brokerage side of the business. She managed the local client service team for an international brokerage firm, then became a consultant for a regional broker. Karen founded Corporate Benefit Solutions in 2011.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois, and a Master of Business Administration from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Karen also completed the prestigious Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation in 2009.
